ABOUT
Vibrations and sounds produced by singing bowls and tuning forks can “tune” your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.

During a Sound Bath you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. It begins with a short guided-meditation to prepare your body and mind for the experience which follows. You will experience the healing power of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and a crystal pyramid.

The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away all your stress, tension, and cares. Let go and simply relax and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you. During the Sound bath you will lie down on a yoga mat. We offer yoga blankets, bolsters and eye pillows for extra comfort.

Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. You will leave feeling relaxed, uplifted, and complete well-being. We have heard our sound baths described as entering a state of bliss, and listening to the music of the spheres. It must be what heaven sounds like.
